Dueling Cranes Uptown

Dueling Cranes Uptown

These photos were made during a very long walk just this past Wednesday. My route started in the Uptown area and traveled down McKinney Ave, across downtown via St. Paul Street then into Deep Ellum. It was a very bright, very hot, and very clear day in Dallas so everything is framed with a vivid blue sky. Not my best work but it was a fun day regardless. Enjoy.

Local Pub. Someone got creative with a black marker - Can you see it?

Thanksgiving Square Chapel. Folks are pretty into the Christian thing down here.

Obviously they have a pretty lenient policy on signage in Deep Ellum.

I just like the contrast on this one.

There are many murals in Deep Ellum - this is one of my favorite.

This is a very photo friendly town so stay tuned for more CPBs.
